- Own the annual global marketing planning process across markets
- Build and manage multi-market campaign and launch calendars
- Develop category and growth frameworks to guide market strategy
- Lead budgeting models, forecasting and investment allocation
- Define the global campaign narrative and campaign architecture
- Develop playbooks and strategic guidelines for local market teams
- Build clear messaging, funnel and briefing frameworks
- Align closely with Creative and Activation teams to ensure strategic consistency
- Work closely with E-Commerce to align brand strategy and performance marketing
- Partner with Brand Management to translate insights into actionable strategy
- Build and evolve global measurement and KPI frameworks
