Over the past year, we have launched 10+ new markets, both within Europe and beyond. We are now leveraging this momentum to make yfood a truly global brand — expanding across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and soon the US.
As a Senior International Strategy & Expansion Manager, you will be part of the team driving yfood’s global growth and establishing the brand in new markets. Working closely with the Head of International Expansion, you will take on early ownership of individual markets — from strategic development and operational rollout to full P&L responsibility.
You will shape yfood’s international strategy — from market analysis & pricing strategies to business case modeling, bringing structure and insight into every growth decision.
Also, you will collaborate with distributors and local partners to build new markets, ensure sustainable growth, and strengthen yfood’s global presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of market expansion and day-to-day operations in close alignment with the Head of International Expansion
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify, evaluate, and onboard local distribution partners
- Build scalable structures and processes to support international growth
- Support negotiations, contract development, and commercial (P&L) steering
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth market launches
- Conduct ongoing market analyses, evaluate performance data, prepare reports and derive strategic & actionable recommendations
