Join us as our International Shopper & Trade Marketing Manager and help us bring our brand to life across markets - in-store, online, and at B2B touchpoints. Based in London, you’ll be the go-to person for our international teams and distribution partners, driving shopper activations, trade excellence, and contributing to the broader international marketing expansion.
As International Shopper & Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead annual planning, budget oversight, and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across key international markets, with a focus on the UK and Netherlands. Reporting into the international headquarters team in Munich, you'll work closely with local country teams to adapt strategies to market needs while ensuring alignment with our global brand direction.
Beyond shopper marketing, you will support the wider international marketing team on cross-functional projects and go-to-market strategies, while also supporting sales teams and distribution partners with select B2B / trade initiatives, contributing to the successful rollout of yfood in new and emerging markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and evaluate all shopper marketing activations in the UK and Netherlands to boost brand visibility and sell-out, adapting to local market dynamics
- Lead annual shopper & trade marketing planning for key markets in close alignment with overall business plans
- Own and track budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high impact outcomes
- Deliver high-quality POS and promotional activations that fit local needs while staying true to our brand, working closely with our in-house creative team and select agencies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and activation results to continuously improve performance
- Collaborate with the international marketing team to align shopper marketing with overall marketing strategies and across channels
- Contribute to go-to-market plans for new markets emerging market expansion with strong shopper and trade marketing input
- Support the growth of yfood's international shopper activation strategy by combining market-specifics with insights and learnings from existing markets
- Support local sales teams with B2B materials and execution of select B2B trade shows and retailer events
